We start with our 7-Step Source Strategy for Hiring Top-Performing Finance & Accounting Talent. It is our core recruiting process we employ for all of our full service searches – Exclusive Contingency and Engaged.

What if you’re already using a multi-firm contingency recruiting process?

If you’re not open to changing your process to a single source, we can still work together. I call this level of service a Short List Search. You still gain the benefit of our network and in-depth process. The main difference is the amount of front-end investment we can make in The Talent Heat Map.

All the other 6 steps remain exactly the same. We tap our existing network and build a short list of highly targeted candidates, and present only those who meet your qualifications.

Even with a short-list search, chances are we know someone fantastic, because we are entrenched in our core markets – finance and accounting for small to middle market companies in Arizona, Southern California, and parts of the greater Southwest.
